The book is written after many years of asking questions such as, ‘Is there more about me than just this personality called Kumar Nagalingam?’; ‘Is there more in me than the sum of all my desires and habits?’ This book, in a very simple way brings forth these conversations that we’ve had with ourselves from the very beginning of our human lives. As you read on, it is my hope that the reader will come to see that clear separation between the Self and the personality, which can be quite liberating for the personality.

This book is not about asking you now to abandon all pursuits of a formal education and replace it with living off the land with hard core skills on survival in the wild. It is really about having the correct perspective about everything in our lives and giving these things sufficient attention, importance and effort that would ultimately work best for you.
